Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the award in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Ring King

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement award within 5-7 business days.
